Local fintech company Core10 has announced the hiring of Jayna Walters as vice president of talent and organizational development.

Most recently, she was manager of human resources and third-party risk at CME Group in Chicago and was previously global resources manager for Olenick and Associates.

Core10 has offices in Nashville; Martin, Tennessee; and Huntington, West Virginia. The software development company builds solutions for companies in the banking, health care, insurance and retail industries, according to the release.

In the new role, Walter will oversee talent acquisition and internal organizational development.

"I'm excited to welcome Jayna to our team," said Jeff Martin, Co-Founder and CEO, "and know her talent, enthusiasm, and strategic thinking will have a direct impact on both our ability to identify the best talent for our team and on the advancement of that talent for our increasing operations."
