Bowles Rice Feature Highlights the Vision of Core10

Core10

Core10 was honored to be featured in the Spring/Summer edition of Bowles Rice’s Views and Visions, where we share details of the vision and strategy behind our business. Check out the featured article here.

When we set out to start Core10, we wanted everything we do to have a positive impact in the communities we serve. Our expertise is API integration and product development, and we believe that when we devote our expertise and work hard to create growth for local community banks, the benefits ripple and the whole community benefits.

When local banks thrive, their communities thrive with them. And when we train and employ local talent to provide that expertise, we ensure that well-paying jobs stay local. Tech industry jobs aren’t just for programmers and engineers; plenty of high-paying jobs in the industry exist for people with all sorts of backgrounds.

We took deliberate steps to build strong partnerships in West Virginia. Collaboration with the higher and secondary education systems in Huntington helped us understand what kind of jobs West Virginians seek. The West Virginia Jobs Investment Trust and Huntington-area angel investors brought experience and capital to support our vision.

Our partnerships are powerful because, from the beginning, our goals are aligned, and an entrepreneurial spirit drives us to find new and creative ways to build a positive future. We all want our local communities to prosper.

Core10 offers API integration, products, and implementation services that help community banks and credit unions make it easier for people to bank locally using modern tools. When more people bank locally, more banks can reinvest in their communities.

Because of our local partnerships, we’re able to train and provide higher paying jobs with benefits for more local talent. This means more people in the community can buy homes and cars, or get married and start families, or volunteer. More people with high-paying jobs means more money and time re-invested in local businesses.

Core10 has grown over the past four years. We’ve helped transform financial services providers across the country. Over the next few years, we plan to add 100 clients nationwide and add 150 employees in West Virginia and the region. If we do this right, we’ll attract similar software companies who will provide even more high-paying opportunities for local talent.

The laws of physics say energy creates more energy. We are committed to bringing the positive, forward-thinking energy at Core10 to our clients and communities they serve. Together we’re building a bright future, one where everyone is part of a rising tide that lifts all ships.
