This year, Core10 was pleased to have been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Fintech. This achievement is a result of the culture our team has cultivated, with each member contributing uniquely to our company and embracing our core values.
Among many who made this achievement possible is Ashon Woodbury, who deeply lives out our core values and has become a standout talent. Ashon, a Technical Consultant, plays a crucial role in our Accrue implementations team. With a solid tenure of 2.5 years at Core10, Ashon has undeniably become a valuable team member.
Hear from Cindy Snow, our VP of Customer Success and Ashon's direct manager, to shed light on the depth of his contributions and how he exemplifies our core values.
“Ashon shines in so many areas, but he is an especially wonderful example of our Core10 values, We're Here to Grow, Success Comes in Cans, and Relentless Customer Focus. Ashon takes pride and ownership of his work, regularly going the extra mile to deliver solutions for our customers. He is not afraid to take on new challenges, whether it's developing a new feature for a customer or mastering a new deployment tool. The icing on the cake is that Ashon is a delightful person to work with. Our team would not be the same without his positivity and zen-like demeanor. Ashon is an exceptional Technical Consultant, and we are very lucky to have him at Core10.”
Now, let's turn the spotlight on Ashon and hear his story from his point of view!

Tell us about your life outside of Core10… Family life? Pets? Hobbies?
My wife and I have been living in West Virginia for five years. We have since adopted the cutest cat, Zula. We have also met a plethora of wonderful people including our best friends Stephen and Madi; we play board games, make great food together, and explore the area.

Since I am an alumnus of NewForce, I try to be involved in the newer cohorts’ demo days and speak to a cohort when I can.
