A typical Encompass project consists of three high-level phases.
Core10 develops the integration after an introductory call between the development and ICE support teams. Core10 connects ICE and partner APIs, maps data, develops or updates user interfaces, makes product configurations, performs unit tests and writes documentation. Throughout the development phase, Core10 and ICE meet at least once a week to keep the project on track.
Core10 works with ICE to ensure that all end-to-end features work properly in Encompass Desktop and Encompass Web. Core10 works directly with ICE architects to test all end-to-end features and allows ICE to run their own test cases and check their logs. Changes to the code are made to pass both the partner and ICE’s test cases.
Once approved, Core10 meets with the partner’s development team to walk through all code, documentation, and user guides. They also meet with the partner’s business team to instruct them on the Encompass administrative and user perspectives of the integration and ensure they are comfortable onboarding customers.
Upon completion of the testing phase and once an ICE partner goes live in Encompass, they can optionally receive ongoing hosting, support, and maintenance from Core10. This gives them peace of mind knowing they have a team of experts available to swiftly resolve issues that arise.
